The Swamp Crawler is one of the first enemies that you meet in the game and I knew I wanted to get this one right.

I had sketched him out a couple of months ago, based on a monster I saw from a cartoon in the 1980s. From there, it was just a matter of figuring out what its body should look like.

To me, it seemed only natural that a Swamp Crawler should look like a frog. A really BIG frog.

So here he is. This is actually the first boss in the game, so anybody who plays the demo or the game when its completed will come across this guy.
