This one took a bit of time to get done.

This is one of the boss creatures early in the game, called a Hell Spider.

The idea for it originally came from doing a drawing of Red from the Godzilla Creepypasta. That’s when I thought… how could I make this thing creepier?

It lives in a deep section of a cave found in an abandoned quarry. Safe to say it and its brood are one of the reasons the quarry was abandoned.

There was a bit of a debate when I first drew this on whether it was a spider or a scorpion. That debate ended up becoming a part of the dialogue for this monster’s quest.

Funny thing is, its still a sidequest boss, so there’s a chance you might not even see this thing while playing the game. (when its actually finished SOMEDAY)
