This will be one of the random enemy encounters in the game, probably in mountain highland terrain or river areas.
Long story short on this one, I was working one day and saw a fantastic comic of a very angry bald eagle. It was so good that I decided that I had to make a drawing of a bald eagle myself to use as a random encounter for the party to face in The New World Saga.

As I was making this eagle, one of my co-workers, who is a big Cobra Kai fan like myself, said I should give the Eagle fangs, because of course I had to.
So one Eagle Fang monster, coming up!

So now I had my first variant of one of the battlers I had been making for The New World Saga. This got me thinking what other variants could I make from a bald eagle. So I got thinking of common brands involving eagles and instantly thought of the clothing brand American Eagle.
With this new idea in mind, I thought ‘How could I make a bald eagle more American?
I think I nailed this one.

Now there are three different variations of the eagle….Angry Eagle. Eagle Fang and Foreign Eagle (likely from America)
Of course as I was developing this, I was informed that if it was an enemy in a mountainous terrain, that it should be a golden eagle, not a bald eagle as I have drawn.
That’s okay though. I am definitely someone who can roll with the punches. We’ll see these three variants of eagles in watery areas.
At this point, I started thinking to myself what was the best way to show that an eagle had become golden?
As an anime fan, there was only one way to go.

This creature has now gone further beyond…Golden Eagle.
And if we’re making a Golden Eagle, it can’t be without….Golden Eagle BLUE!

Having thoroughly laughed my way through this design process and running out of memes and pop culture references, I called it a day from here.
That’s how you turn one unique type of enemy into five enemies. Now as long as an Ultra Instinct Eagle doesn’t show up, I’d say we’re doing pretty good.
